Overdue invoices and prepaid accounts

What happens if a payment is overdue, and how prepaid accounts work.

Overdue invoices

We'll remind you before and after the due date. If an invoice is still unpaid 30 days after it was due, we'll pause ordering on your account until it's settled. Ordering can also be paused if your unpaid balance gets too high, so pay invoices by their due date to avoid any interruption.

Prepaid accounts

Prepaid accounts pay in advance: you top up your balance by bank transfer, and each order is taken from it. To check your balance, email [email protected]. If the balance is too low for an order, top it up before ordering.

Statements

Ask us for a statement of your account at any time, showing invoices, payments and the balance.
