Tracking your order
Order statuses, part deliveries, tracking numbers and packing slips.
Select Order history to see all your clinic's orders. Select an order to see each item, how many have been sent and how.
Order statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Received | We have your order and are preparing it |
| Partly dispatched | Some items are on their way; the rest will follow |
| Dispatched | Everything has been sent |
| Completed | We've closed the order (for example, remaining items were handled separately) |
| Cancelled | The order was cancelled |
Each item also shows its own status, including On backorder or Out of stock if we're waiting for stock, and the courier or Royal Mail tracking for it.
Part deliveries
If some items are out of stock, we send what we have and the rest later, so an order can arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel includes a packing slip listing exactly what's in that parcel and what's still to come.

Check the items against the packing slip. See Missing or damaged items if anything isn't right.
