How to get your samples collected and brought to the lab.

Booking a collection

To book a collection, email [email protected], or call or WhatsApp 020 4525 8805. Book by 3pm for a collection the same day.

When you book, have ready:

• your clinic name and collection address
• how many patients' samples there are
• whether any are urgent
• any samples that need to be kept cold or frozen

Getting samples ready

Before the courier arrives:

1. Check every tube is labelled and each patient's samples are in their own sealed bag. See Packaging samples.
2. Put all the bags together in a transport bag.
3. Keep them somewhere cool and secure, ready to hand over.
