Dropping samples off
Bringing samples to the lab yourself.
You're welcome to bring samples to us yourself.
Our address is 42 Foley Street, London W1W 7TS (also under Parent Details in the portal).
You can drop samples off at reception:

Before you set off
- Package samples exactly as for a courier collection. See Packaging samples.
- Bring the request forms in the bags' outer pockets.
- Keep samples upright and at the right temperature on the way.
Out of hours
If we're closed, take the samples back and store them as described in Storing samples and cut-off times. Then bring them in, or book a courier, on the next day we're open.
